Meeting contractual responsibilities, including delivery of hours, auditory/compliance standards, and customer satisfaction targets, requires meeting all operational KPIs across the business stream. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through day-to-day operational management of the client relationship.

Responsibilities for Product Consultant job:

• Manage, shape, inspire, and train Team Managers with the tools necessary to guide and direct their Advisors to provide excellent service.
• Collaborate with HR to assess employee satisfaction surveys and craft initiatives meant to boost morale, reduce turnover, and keep workers happy and engaged.
• Work with the Continuous Improvement unit to develop strategies for meeting improvement targets based on your analysis of the data.
• Foster a high-performance culture in the workplace and make sure it stays that way.
• Maintaining a highly engaged and challenged workforce requires open lines of communication with your employees.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly client business evaluations and KURA reports with the Client Engagement teams.
• Prepare summaries for the commission
• Proven track record in managing and strategizing for contact centers
• Leadership that succeeds by creating high-performing teams through training and mentoring
