Following are the role and responsibilities.

• Grade 12
• At least two years of experience in a “procure-to-pay” setting is a plus.
• Knowing how to use SAP
• Knowledge of how to use MsOffice
• Ability to take responsibility for jobs and activities and show good self-management in terms of planning, setting priorities, and personal growth.
• Follow up to make sure that quality and productivity standards at work are always and correctly met.
• If tasks or goals aren’t met, let the right people know about the possible risks and come up with a solution.
• Help and drive the core ideals of the business
• Make sure that established procedures, business standards, and levels of authority are followed.
• Make sure there is a good level of housekeeping.
• Once the PO has been found, the person who physically received the items must compare the delivery note to the physical stock to make sure that the items are right, that there are enough of them, and that they look good.
