Responsibilities:

• Operating one or more of the Home’s vehicles during assigned shifts
• Helping Residents get in and out of the car at their destinations and driving them there
• Checking vehicles and safety equipment as required every day and reporting any issues as soon as they are discovered.
• Respecting the inhabitants’ dignity and uniqueness at all times by acting in a professional and respectful manner
• Gathering witness information and filing reports on any incident, no matter how little.
  actively supporting teamwork by responding constructively to coworkers and taking fast action on all acceptable instructions
