Responsibilities:

• Observing the Client’s specific contractual criteria and ensuring their fulfillment.
• Keeping the clients happy and satisfied with the security services provided by Fidelity Security Services Group.
• Maintaining a constant cycle of service quality assessment and Site/Site Manager service enhancement suggestion generation.
• Taking care of Vehicle Inspections and Tests.
• Daily communication with Site management regarding a wide range of transportation and operational concerns.
• Possessing a PSIRA Grade or Matriculation Certificate is a plus.
• A minimum of five years’ worth of driving experience.
• PDP/Code 10 is crucial and indispensable.
• Skills in customer liaison and interpersonal communication are necessary.
• Skills in planning, leading, organizing, and communicating effectively are all crucial.
• Speak English really well.
