Responsibilities:

• Learning everything there is to know about our product line.
• Recognizing problems faced by customers and matching them with appropriate answers.
• Establishing and keeping solid connections with customers.
• Answering incoming calls and interacting with clients in person to address their inquiries and concerns.
• Help out your clients by providing them with estimates for future orders.
• Maintain an optimal level of stock and display quality for all of our goods at all times.
• Taking care of the cash register and answering management when necessary.
• Prepared to work weekends if necessary.
