  • Manage defined retailer engagement programs (B2B) in the trade, including education, onboarding, and management, in accordance with corporate strategy, implementation, and accepted compliance procedures.
  • Participation of Stores: The B2B digital platform is used to educate, engage, and motivate retailers and/or kiosk personnel to talk about BATSA products and brands to adult nicotine shoppers. (Promoting Your Brand)
  • Make sure that the quantity and distribution of your product mix (cartons, packs, pods, cans, and sticks) are all in line with your Brand Coverage Goals.
  • Keep an eye on inventory and rotate it so that you’re always following the company’s stocking policy (FIFO, or First In, First Out).
  • Maintain a client database that is updated on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and contains complete and correct information for all previously unregistered locations.
  • Planning: Ensure Consistent daily and weekly planning in service of a goal of complete route coverage.
  • Developing and executing the company’s trade marketing strategy.
  • Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including wholesalers and retailers.
  • Developing and implementing promotional activities to drive sales growth.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
