The Freshness teams in each region benefit from the assistance of the Head Office Supply Chain Availability & Freshness team, which provides them with assistance in maintaining current procedures, direction in developing national plans, and assistance in implementing national initiatives.

In this post, you’ll be part of a national support team for the Supply Chain function and provide assistance to 14 regional teams. The work is fast-paced and varied. To guarantee supply availability and quality while minimizing spoilage and waste, you’ll need to use your best judgment and pay close attention to detail. This position calls for someone who thrives on autonomy, is an excellent communicator and analyzer, and has a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Leader of the entire team Tracking Key Performance Indicators
  • Creating reports that detail the system’s most important metrics
  • Examining vital statistics (such as sales, write-offs, and turnover)
  • Data and product analysis
  • Analytical tool development and upkeep for usage in Freshness & Availability
  • Sharing information between the central office and Field Employees
  • Coordinating efforts between regional teams and other divisions at headquarters

Qualification
