As a Retentions Agent at Rand Mutual Assurance, you will be responsible for retaining existing customers by providing exceptional customer service and selling additional products. This is a sales-oriented role that requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

• Optimally handle questions about data retention
• Provide data on retention and collection on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Verify that policyholder payments are current and reported to the commissions.
• It is possible to create a payment file.
• Get in touch with policyholders who have canceled their payments or whose debit orders were rejected by their bank, and see if you can convince them to change their minds.
