Salary
- ZAR100-150 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Carry out checks and make sure the product is up to par (check after alterations have been made).
- Maintains required inspection data in necessary industrial digital systems.
- Conduct both destructive and non-destructive tests as necessary and as appropriate.
- Keep detailed inspection logs for each part, assembly, and vehicle.
- Ensure that all Quality records for parts, assemblies, and vehicles are kept up to date.
- Take part in cross-checks with your customers.
- Making ready shipping and approval paperwork.
- Manage the accuracy of the calibration of all necessary inspection tools and machinery.
- Strategic Management for the NCR Area
- Supervising Thorough Inspections
Requirements for Paint Quality Inspector job:
- Competency in technology. Painter, NACE paint inspector, and master spray painter skills are required, as well as familiarity with a range of testing instruments.
- Professionally competent in the unique procedures of his or her field
- Integrity and open dialogue.
- Familiarity with quality management practices and standards (such as ISO 9001, IRIS, CMMI, etc.).
- Expertise in day-to-day operations, document management, collaborative problem-solving, and teamwork
