• Answers, analyses, and puts in order users’ requests for help with catalog of services requests that have been logged.
• Logs calls and keeps track of them using the service desk’s database for issue and problem management.
• Handles problem recognition (catalog of services), problem isolation, problem resolution, and follow-up, and sends undefined tasks (those that aren’t on the catalog of services) to campus
• Senior Support to be solved and further described.
• Help Staff, Students, and Lecturers with their IT needs.

Requirements for ICT Support Job

• Higher Certificate/Occupational Certificate Level 5/A+ and N+ Advanced Certificate/Diploma/Occupational Certificate Level 6 (NQF Level 6) in CCNA1, MCSE, or MCTIP
