Following are the role and responsibilities.

• Maintain a regimen of constant safety audits and checks.
  Produce annual risk evaluations.
  
• Maintain a schedule of regular Fire Safety checks.
  
• Put up warning signs in a visible location at each site.
  
• Maintain all equipment in compliance with OSHA standards to keep it safe to use.
  
• Keep up with basic standards of cleanliness.
  
• Make it a monthly habit for all H&S representatives to check in on their workplace.
  
• Maintain conformity with all applicable rules and regulations, such as the Occupational Health and
• Safety Act and local ordinances.
  
• To include COVID procedures.
  
• Send in your IOD claims to WCA and RMA and keep them updated.
  
• Maintain accurate OHS documentation for all facilities.
  
• Make sure that those who fail to comply receive warnings.
  
• Create OHS reports monthly.
  
• Observe and provide comments on high-risk tasks in the workplace.
  
• Lead the Safety Representatives, Line Manager, and 16.2 in quarterly safety meetings.
  
• Toolbox talks should be held at the department level.
  
• Manage all employee health and safety education programs.
  
• Verify that everyone who has been legally appointed is doing their job.
  
• Share up-to-date information on the state of compliance across all of your company’s divisions with the Branch Management and Group Executive Management.
  
• Maintain compliance with all Group Policies and Procedures on the part of all external suppliers and consultants.
