• Take care of the wants of all patients and customers in a professional way.
  
• As per Clinix standards, tell customers everything they need to know about bookings and admissions.
  
• When a patient comes in, get all the information and paperwork you need from them, such as their
• ID and a current or valid Medical Scheme card, according to the company’s policies and processes.
  
• Accurately record all the necessary patient details when they come in.
  
• If and when it’s necessary, finish the release process.
  
• Deliver an application process that is customer-focused and as quick as possible.
  
• Identify and avoid financial risks to the organization by following Company policies and procedures, such as collecting co-payments and private patient estimate payments on admission.

Eligibility Criteria

• Grade 12 Pass.
• 0–1 year of work as an Admission Clerk in a private hospital.
• Qualification or certification related to health (helpful).
