Following are the role and responsibilities.

• Successfully completed the 12th grade.
• Working as an Admissions Clerk in a private hospital for no more than a year.
• Certification or other certification linked to health care is preferred.
• Possessing an understanding of medical and/or clinical jargon is a plus.
• Ability to use ICD codes (required).
• Take excellent care of your clients and patients.
• Inform patients about their admissions and bookings in accordance with Clinix’s guidelines.
• The patient’s current/valid Medical Scheme card and proof of identification must be obtained upon admittance in accordance with business policy.
• Accurately record all pertinent patient data upon admission.
• When the time comes, make sure the discharge procedure is finished.
• Provide a streamlined admissions process with an emphasis on satisfying customers.
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures, such as the collection of co-payments and private
• Patient estimate payments upon admission, to identify and prevent financial hazards to the company
